Most restorations are completed within one week of receiving your digital files or models. For urgent cases, we offer an Express 24-Hour Service — contact our team for availability.
Which scanners and file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, PLY, and OBJ files from all major intraoral scanners, including 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Medit, Sirona, and Planmeca.
For other systems, we can provide direct upload or secure transfer links.
How do I submit a digital case?
Cases can be uploaded directly via our Dentist Portal.
You can also email STL files to our lab inbox or send physical impressions — our logistics team will handle scanning and model fabrication.
Do you provide shade matching and characterization services?
Yes. We offer custom shade matching, staining, and surface texturing for all aesthetic restorations.
If you require a specific characterization, please include photos or notes when submitting your case.
Can you mill or print for other laboratories?
Absolutely. We offer lab-to-lab milling, 3D printing, and design-only services for partner laboratories.
We support both zirconia and PMMA frameworks, as well as diagnostic models and splints.
